B. Kommunikationsstile und Arbeitsethik \u2013 spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Bindung von Spitzenkr\u00e4ften an vielf\u00e4ltige Arbeitspl\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Institutionen fr\u00fchzeitig erkennen, dass die Bindung und erfolgreiche Integration von Teams durch Investitionen in die kulturelle Anpassung erreicht werden kann, tragen sie dazu bei, eine lebendige Gemeinschaft von jungen Fachkr\u00e4ften zu kultivieren. Wir danken der Bucerius Law School f\u00fcr diese wichtige Entscheidung und die Zusammenarbeit mit Bridge Now GmbH auf diesem Weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir m\u00f6chten auch die Weitsicht der Prof Christopher Bisping und Meinhard Weizmann w\u00fcrdigen, die das von Bridge Now angebotene Modul \u201eWinning Intercultural Communication through Individual Leadership\u201c in den Masterstudiengang der Bucerius Law School integriert haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihre Entscheidung, mit Bridge Now zusammenzuarbeiten, spiegelt ihr Engagement wider, die Studierenden auf F\u00fchrungsaufgaben vorzubereiten, insbesondere bei der Abwicklung von cross-border M&amp;A, bei denen ein Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Kulturen reibungslosere Diskussionen in der Vorstandsetage erm\u00f6glicht und langfristige Beziehungen f\u00f6rdert. Danke Vineeta Desai und Mohit Kanade f\u00fcr den Vortrag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gesundheitswesen kann eine unzureichende kulturelle Anpassung zu hoher Fluktuation, sinkender Arbeitsmoral und einer weniger effektiven Patientenversorgung f\u00fchren.
