Das bedeutet, talentierten Menschen aus Indien sinnvolle M\u00f6glichkeiten zu bieten und gleichzeitig deutsche Institutionen durch interkulturelle Kompetenz zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letzten Monat hatten wir die Ehre, diese Vision zu vertreten und beim Tag der offenen T\u00fcr des indischen Generalkonsulats in Hamburg \u00fcber das Thema \u201e Settling in Germany\u201c zu sprechen. Es war ein Moment des gro\u00dfen Stolzes und der Verantwortung, die Herausforderungen der Rekrutierung, Integration und Bindung auf einer solchen Plattform anzusprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine weitere erfreuliche Nachricht war, dass das Logo von Bridge Now auf der WTSH-Partner-Website zu sehen war, was f\u00fcr unser Start-up von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel ist nicht nur ein deutsches Problem \u2013 es ist eines, das uns alle als Gemeinschaft in Deutschland betrifft. Echter Fortschritt liegt darin, diese Herausforderung gemeinsam anzugehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir in der Lage sind, sowohl kleine als auch mittlere Unternehmen zu unterst\u00fctzen und die kulturellen und beruflichen Unterschiede zu \u00fcberbr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cF\u00fcr mich war es eine sehr pers\u00f6nliche Angelegenheit, auf dieser Veranstaltung zu sprechen, und wir danken Frau Generalkonsul Soumya Gupta f\u00fcr diese Gelegenheit. It was a moment of pride and responsibility to address the challenges of recruitment, integration and retention on such a platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On another proud note, seeing Bridge Now\u2019s logo featured on the WTSH partner website was a significant for our start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel (the skilled labor shortage) isn\u2019t just a German issue\u2014it\u2019s one that impacts us all as a community in Germany.
