We commit Voluntarily to the fair and ethical recruitment and placement practices in accordance with the six guiding principles of the \u201cFair Recruitment Nursing Germany\u201d Seal of Quality:<\/p>

Documentation and Transparency
<\/strong>All business processes, contracts, and placement conditions are fully documented in writing and provided in a clear and understandable language. This ensures traceability, clarity, and transparency at all stages of the placement process.<\/p>

Cost-Free Placement Process for Nursing Professionals
<\/strong>Participation in the placement process is entirely free of charge for nursing professionals. The employer-pays principle applies: all costs associated with recruitment \u2013 such as language courses, recognition procedures, or travel expenses \u2013 are borne by the employer. No fees or payments, either direct or indirect, are charged to nursing professionals.<\/p>

Limitation of Financial Risk for Nursing Professionals
<\/strong>By funding recruitment, language training, and, if applicable, living expenses, administrative support, and travel, the employer limits the financial risk for our nursing professionals. The qualification agreement is discussed during the initial consultation with the nursing professional.<\/p>

Transparency Regarding Structures, Services, and Costs
<\/strong>All parties are fully informed about procedures, services, potential costs, as well as rights and obligations throughout the placement process. This enables nursing professionals to make informed and autonomous decisions and ensures a partnership-based and respectful collaboration.<\/p>

Sustainability and Participation
<\/strong>We promote long-term employment relationships and successful integration by aligning recruitment with the needs and expectations of both sides \u2013 nursing professionals and employers.\u00a0 We also support companies in structurally embedding welcome and integration measures to ensure a smooth transition both professionally and personally.<\/p>

Overall Responsibility for the Service Chain
<\/strong>We assume overall responsibility for compliance with these principles throughout the service chain. All partner companies and service providers commit to implementing these standards. In case of violations, we reserve the right to conduct audits and, if necessary, terminate cooperation.<\/p>
