The Spark That Ignited It All Faced with life’s unexpected challenges, Vineeta, a long-time resident of Germany, encountered an unexpected obstacle when a family member in India required urgent care. This personal ordeal highlighted the urgent need for timely support for professionals in Germany who find themselves in similar situations. In her social entrepreneurship focused on providing care to the elderly, Vineeta identified a key problem \u2013 the shortage of caregivers in Germany. She leveraged her extensive network across Asia, Eastern Europe and Germany to create a model that addresses the shortage of caregivers while providing employment opportunities to motivated youth from India.<\/p>\n
